International Ports Services Co Ltd. has invested heavily in new state of the art computer systems. These systems have enabled IPS to improve efficiency, vessel productivity and overall quality of service to our customers.
Container Management System (NAVIS Express/Sparcs) 
Implementation of the world-renowned NAVIS management system has helped in optimizing the performance of all operational activities, and enhance the ability of the terminal to provide fast and accurate operational services. Utilizing an Oracle database running on UNIX, EXPRESS is the central database system where all vessel, cargo and related data is stored. Interfacing in real- time, SPARCS is a graphical ship and yard planning system, which permits fast and accurate discharge and load planning. In addition, the Equipment control Module permits the real-time dispatch of jobs to container handling equipments working in the yard.
Terminal Radio coverage (TEKLOGIX) 
To ease the communication between control tower and container handling equipments, IPS has implemented the world-renowned TEKLOGIX systems, to supply IPS with the latest excellent communication technology devices.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) :
Interface have been implemented to streamline the transfer of data to & from our clients. This helps to minimize both the time taken for the vessel data to be available, and potential errors.
Asset Management System (ICAM):
Keeping the container handling equipments ready 24x7 is not an easy goal. Therefore, IPS implemented ICAM Asset Management System to monitor and manage its container handling equipments in order to keep it operational day and night.
Infrastructure 
To keep systems running 24x7, a powerful infrastructure is important. LAN with fiber optic backbone established to support IPS operations. Additionally, IPS Data Center is equipped with high availability servers that running day and night providing required systems availability. This data center is 24x7 environmentally monitored and fir protected.
