IPS is beating the contractual saudization plan. With more than 40% of the workforce are Saudis. Today the total strength goes over 870 employees from 12 countries. In addition to a similar number employed through subcontractors.

We are ahead of our saudization plan an expecting by November- 2013 to be more than the contractual requirement of 400 Saudis.
